Once you qualify as your high school speech representative, you will be asked to begin your competition on a regional level. You will be assigned to a designated Rotary Club where you will make your initial speech presentation. Once the Rotary Oratory Committee has determined the competitors for each region, you will be notified of the Rotary Club, location, date and time to appear and make your presentation.
